Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies
3/4 cup butter flavor crisco
1 1/4 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
1 large egg
2 tbsps. milk
1 tbsps. vanilla
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup chips
Bake at 350F for 8 min. Cool 1 min. and transfer to wire rack.
Double the recipe because 1 cup of chips is half of the bag.
