Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients
2lb of tater tots
1.5 lbs of browned ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of mushroom
1 can of evaporated milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Brown hamburger and onions. Add soups and milk. Stir well. Pour tater tots into 9X13 pan. Pour meat mixture over top. Sprinkle with cheese and cover with foil. Bake at 375 until bubbling. (45min-hour).
